HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION OR REQUEST A QUOTE?
Call or email us to schedule an appointment at our Fargo showroom. We are open by appointment only so please allow us at least 24 hours in advance to setup an appointment.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OR PICK-UP SERVICES?
Yes, we can deliver your items straight to your venue. We charge a mileage fee and a trailer fee depending on the items that are being rented. You have the option to pickup the items at our Fargo showroom. This is contingent on the size of your order. Our pickup times are the same as the showroom and need to be scheduled ahead of time.
DO YOU OFFER SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN OF YOUR RENTAL ITEMS?
Yes! We manage all of the setup and teardown for the majority of our events. The time surrounding any event can be crazy so we are happy to take at least one thing off your plate.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All orders require a 50% deposit upon reserving the order. This amount will apply to the balance of the order. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
No! We are happy to rent you a single linen or help to decorate your entire space.
